Who we are

Kaspi Innovation Youth (KİY) is a community for school students. You can reach us at business@orujovai.com or cahadabdulla@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you apply: your name, surname, mobile number, email, grade and class, the language you used, where you came from (for example a QR poster) and that a parent or guardian agrees. When you write to us: your name, email and message. When you sign up for an event: your name, email and, if you give it, your class.

Visits

We count visits to see what works: the page, its language, whether it was a phone or a computer, and which website linked here. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not keep your IP address. To stop spam, the connection is turned into a code that cannot be read back and is deleted after two days. One cookie remembers the language you chose.

Who sees it

Only the KİY team, through a password-protected admin page. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else. We use them only to reply to you and to run the community.

Where it is kept

In a secure database service (Supabase). Its servers are in Japan.

How long

Only as long as the community needs it. Ask us and we delete it.

Parents and guardians

Pupils under 18 need a parent or guardian’s agreement to apply. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time what we hold about their child, or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Write to business@orujovai.com and we reply within a week.
